The Brief
When BPA Immigration came to us, they explained the desire to enhance their online profile, whilst at the same time making information easily accessible and simple to understand for their potential clients, many of which do not speak English as their first language. They also expressed a need to change their overall image and have stronger branding. We listened to their needs and worked closely with the team to fully understand what was required before starting work on this exciting project.
The Solution
We created a modern and welcoming website for BPA Immigration, which includes a range of features carefully designed for their target audience. Using simple and plain English content, we divided the various services that BPA provide into sections – with bright, clean images and colours to provide a calming and friendly vibe. We also incorporated very easy ways for clients to get in touch with the team – including a customer support instant chat box. As well as providing information and advice, the site also provides a simple to use payment facility for added convenience.
Our in-house team designed a new logo for the business which helps to provide greater brand recognition and consistency when used in conjunction with all other communication materials and tools. Lastly, we also delivered and continue to deliver Pay Per Click (PPC) online marketing services for BPA Immigration so they feature highly in search engine results.
