Sierra Verde is a luxury development located in Callosa D’En Sarrià, a small town north of Alicante which consists of 42 properties. The first two phases of the complex are already on sale.
The Brief
The team from Sierra Verde came to us with a simple brief that had a vital purpose, which was to create a modern and sleek website to help promote the beautiful Spanish properties and do them justice for potential buyers. The website needed to reflect a luxury feel, consistent with the high-end villas available at the development and give the right impression from the outset. We discussed a range of options with the team and listened to their ideas – including the need for exceptional imagery, footage, animation, online brochures, and contact forms.
The Solution
We worked hard to design and create a website for Sierra Verde that exudes the modern elegance and class of the properties themselves. With slick animation and smooth footage of the beautiful properties and surrounding areas, the homepage of the website promotes not just the villas themselves, but the lifestyle that potential buyers could be living in the warm Spanish sunshine. We added bright, modern images across the website to showcase the luxury and comfort on offer, with a simple, flowing navigation that is easy to browse. We also included links to more detailed PDF documents for each of the property types available. The team at Sierra Verde are delighted with the website and are using it as a major marketing tool for the development.
