The Brief

The team from Dennis of Bexley came to see us with a range of needs, as their existing website was outdated and no longer fit for purpose. As the business had expanded over the years, they needed a much more modern ‘shop window’ for the business – which let customers know the full range of products and services on offer. In addition, the team recognised that with no online sales facility, they were missing out on a much wider online market and potentially losing opportunities to deliver more products to the local area. The business was also keen to promote the range of testimonials and the multiple awards it has won over the many years of trading, and to provide better, high-quality images of the products on offer.

The Solution

We worked in collaboration with the Dennis of Bexley Team to build a bespoke website that ticks every box. With a dynamic homepage that features subtle but effective footage of the shop, the website now grabs your attention immediately. Broken down into simple categories for meat, buffet, lunch, pies and ready meals, encroutes, and special occasions, the website is also really easy to navigate. We also built a fully functioning e-commerce service into the website so that online customers could open an account, select items and services, pay of them and have them delivered. This extended to catering buffets and gift vouchers too. This excellent facility has been especially effective for special occasions such as Christmas and Easter.
